The Rebel, Javlin, AMX are some of the nicest looking cars AMC produced back then.
I would be more inclined for safety reasons to put a set of imitation Polygas tires that are actual radials underneath, places like Coker Tire sell them, even a set with redlines would look great next to the yellow paint.

Cool car, My buddy (Mikes270Dart) and I found a hood with the tach and fresh air complete in a dumpster and sold it for 800$ plus the shipping to a guy in Cali. I was told that at 800$ we gave it away. Cool rare cars.

Awesome! That is a remarkable car, post more pics please! Or got to the AMC Forum and post pics, thew more the better whenit comes to survivors. I could use some engine hsots to help with my 68 AMX resto. Neat car, enjoy it and PLEASE leave it a survivor.
