1963 Dart dash cluster lens removal

Hi all,
It's me again with my truckload of questions. Just trying to make up a conversation
The small plastic "hub" on the speedometer needle is broken off. Outer pieces are in my glovebox but the part between the speedo needle and the cluster lens is there trapped under the lens.
Can the lens be removed without removing the cluster itself? There seems to be some kind of clips or tabs in the upper edge but thought I'd better ask before breaking anything more...
