Uli...what is the measurements on your wedge scoop? I am thinking about using one, but I have found two sizes!!! U ROCK!

width rear : 32.283 in
length from ahead to rear : 34.645 in

I am cleaned the Block roughly and then knocked off the rust, then i am milled the burr from casting .

I have overhol my 8 1/4 Rear Axle with new Brake parts and now i am waiting for the correct bearings for my Sure Grip :))))

I love the FABO Familey


I cleaned all the water channels with bottles breasts
then the block cleaned outside with tress-shaped and primed.

Next, I cleaned the water channels of the bare block with a pressure washer in the wash park.

And then there was another package with all the screws for the engine

My friends have a small shop built engine and Trans shop name is
Mr.shift&Mr.fast and a little joke with the shopname
is

Mr.old&Mr.slow



My friends build my new Gear 998 with stronger components and axle 8 1/4 with SureGrip
and
a axle ratio of 2.45 should be ready in about 4 weeks.

Great build Uli! I always enjoy reading your updates, with lots of interesting pictures. I am building a 408 stroker right now also.

How come you went with a 2.45:1 gear ratio? Are you planning on running 200 mph on the autobahn? lol
