1965 Dart Ashtray Disassembly

I'm trying to figure out how to take apart the dash ashtray from a 65 Dart. Specifically I want to remove the chrome portion from the painted portion. There are two screws visible from the iside and I already removed those. I'm guessing there must be more screws hidden from view. Do I have to drill out the rivets to get to the other screws or is there some kind of trick I'm missing?

According to this post by Ulf (65DartCharger), there is a third screw hidden between the tray and the sheet metal cover. I guess I have to drill out the rivets.
