'65 Val will fit '65 Barracuda if the '65 Val had the '65 Barracuda rocker panels. If not, then you may have to cut a small notch to accommodate. I know '66 have this small issue. Also '66 Val were aluminum, '66 Cuda were stainless. I believe '65 were the same regardless, aluminum.
His '65 Val rocker panels should be the same as '65 Cuda. Design is correct. Just need measurements to confirm.
Maybe sgrip65 can confirm or another member what I mentioned so you know for sure.

Thanks. The 65 Valiant rockers, which I have, would enter the notches which are cut into the wheel opening. moldings. sgrip65
