I had both years and yes, I believe it does fit but the look is slightly different if I recall correctly. You'll have to be patient with me. It is in attic storage. I'll only sell to someone who genuinely needs it for their personal car. I'm a newbie but hate it when I hear of people reselling on e-bay. This is a community for enthusiasts, right? - not a business. I just found that I also have the '65 Barracuda instrument panel with gauges and ignition cylinder (I'll look for the key) if anyone needs it. Also, the door panel Barracuda scripts (emblems).
 
I have a 65 formula S that has cracks in the dash pad. I would give you your price Mine is black as well.
