found a new project! I have many projects and I am pretty much maxed out. My dad and I have been looking for a project for a while now that we could build without me using up all my money even though I will bud in a little once in a while.... we came across a 1966 Coronet Gasser and immediately fell in love with it.

1 reason: My dad used to have a 1966 coronet 2 door post that he recently got rid of.

2nd reason: Its a straight axle gasser ... no need to say more.

take a look,...

Id like to see eight injector stacks coming out of that hood, can you do that for me?

Very Cool! Looks like a stock width rear end, I'm guessing it's a 8 3/4"? Are you going to narrow it a bit or just keep her jacked up and stuff the biggest tire that will fit?

Don't cut the wheel openings, it's too "new" of a car with too many rigid body lines for that look. Stuff the biggest tire you can fit between the frame rail and the fender. If you want bigger tires than what will fit in the wells jack the body up higher and have the tires stick out of the stock wheel opening. Gotta go with the street freak look with that body style.

Nice project! Cool looking shifter. Whatever happened to the hurst lightning rods? Does hurst sell them anymore?
