1967 Formula S

I'm looking at purchasing my 2nd Barracuda. Was there a VIN number code on 1967 that denoted the formulas S option? The owner is emphatic that it is a formula S but there is no fender tags I can see from the pictures. I'm going to look at the car this weekend but what should I look for to be sure it is a true formula S?

1) Did they all come with torque boxes?
2) It has a 273 V8. if it is original it should have a 4 barrel carb?
3) What diameter front sway bar should it have?
4) Holes on the fenders where the formula badge should live (2 holes side by side or up and down)?
5) any other clues I can look for that can't be added as an option?

The Formula S is only noted on the data plate. The vin doesn't identify Formula S. You can tell if the 273 4v is stock, is it an E for the engine code on the Vin?
