I want to start off by saying this car belongs to a customer and is located in Washington state. I’m trying to help the family sell the car. I have many more pictures of the car. Let me know if you want to see something specific. Thanks, Dan.
1968 Plymouth Barracuda Formula S 383 4-speed. Engine is believed to be the original, cast 9-6-67, although there is an oddity on this car. The bellhousing got stamped with the vin number, not the back of the block. Being 68 model year, I believe this is a factory goof up. 4-speed transmission is numbers matching.
Purple shaft 284/484 cam, Edelbrock RPM intake. Original exhaust manifolds, #893 oil pan.
Transmission is rebuilt. New McLeod clutch. Hurst/Inland conversion shifter.
Suspension is rebuilt. New leaf springs. New gas tank. New exhaust including tips.
Has 15” wheels on the car currently, comes with the factory 14”.
There are extra parts included with the car. Hood, rear seat, fuel tank, grille inserts, and other assorted items.
Car runs and drives well. Located in Washington state.
