1968 Barracuda's --"Are you out there?"

Is there some type of registry to find out roughly how many of the 45,412 '68 Barracuda's produced are still around? Very curious, because around here, (south western Pennsylvania), I NEVER see one at any cruises or shows. As Pink Floyd once asked "is there anybody out there?"

Registries on cars made more than 1500 are very inaccurate. the yahoo group, Barracuda Owners Group, is a large mailing list of 67-69 Barracuda owners.

Have you ever been to Carlise? I see pictures of lots of Barracudas there. There are out there. Not everyone goes to local cruises and such. And the cars are rarely driven everyday anymore. So you're chances of seeing one on the way to work is pretty nill.

I see alot of 67-69 barracudas lately here at the mopar shows in Georgia.
Almost to the point that it is scary how many I've seen lately.

That's a good thing.
