1968 Dart 270

Looked at 68 Dart 270 2 dr. hardtop that does not have body side moldings? I thought they had body side moldings down center of body,front to back? Did not see any filled holes and the Dart emblem/nameplate on quarters would be in way of 270 moldings I have seen on others? Anyone know if they also came molding delete? Early car??

My 68 270 only has rocker molding, check the fender tag for the full lowdown.

So they came either with or without moldings? Moldings were a option or part of a trim package?Car I looked at had rocker moldings and wheel opening moldings.

Yes they came with or without them, mine has the same options. These cars have plenty of different options you can put together. You really need to look at the fender tag and that will tell you all you need to know. Yes the moulding is part of the trim options.

Mine had the trim down the sides, but no rocker molding, and no wheel well molding.
