1968 Dart Project WIW? (Arizona Car)

Hey guys, this belongs to a buddy of mine. He said It's been sitting his yard for better than 20 years as I recall and he's ready to send it down the road. Anyhow, he asked me today what I thought it was worth but I wanted to check with you guys before I gave him a value. That being said, it looks like a decent project as a rust free Arizona car but nothing special. I've attached a few pics and I think they tell most the story.
