Happy New Year Rob......How about it, will we see her on the road this year?.....next to mine!! How is the other muscle car in your life?
Both of mine have been sitting cause I'm driving the truck all the time. It's going to be a nice weekend think I'll take both out for a spin
:burnout:

Happy New Year. I hope to have it going this year. My SRT8 is awesome. I need to drive it more though. I am working on the Dart a little at a time it is hard with the 7 month old little guy.

I pulled more parts out of storage and cleaned everything out of the inside of the car. I put lots of parts in there when I had it in my driveway for those few years. I got a new dash bezel set from a guy on here nice but spendy.

Hey Rob, how do you like your new fuel tank? I'm in the market too.
I enjoy your thread.

(Brent, do you have a thread on the Demon?)

Updated my insert design in photoshop made some different call outs. Finally made myself a set 340 six barrel.

Looks good. How's the rest coming along?

I don't want to talk about it. Ha. I haven't done anything. So much to do it is overwhelming me. I need to yank out the front suspension and fix the k member bolt hole and bolt the front suspension all back together for final assmebly. My friend said he would come over and help me put the top end on my motor. Ken come over and kick my butt in gear.

Might just have to do that. I'm thinking BBQ and wrenching, great way to spend an afternoon.

Well my plans have changed again. Of course. I sold my stroker motor to Joes340s on the site. He was awesome to deal with. I am now going to rebuild or regasket and comp cam my stock 340. I picked up a nice Eddy Air Gap and a good 750 carb. I also got some nice original manifolds(evaporusting them). I got a double roller and a new oil pump. Belmateo is coming over to help me with the tear down of the 340 and rebuild. Thanks Guy! Then my plan is spray the engine bay and put the car back together. Then once it is drivable I will be taking it for paint. Anyways I have all the parts pretty much, I just need to motivate. I want to drive my GTS.

Glad to see you're Back! can't wait to see that 6pak setup :)

Belmateo and I tore the 340 down today. Good news is it is stock bore. I thought it was 40 over. Bad news is the crank needs to be turned. I am taking it to the machine shop to be hot tanked etc. Guy did a hone on the cylinders and they are good to go. Thanks again Guy!

Glad to see you didn't sell it Rob. I'm sure it feels good to be plugging away on it again. Sounds like you have the right plan to get it running and driving! Keep it up!
