1969 Small Block Valve Covers

Set of 1969 Small Block Valve Covers. Will need to be stripped and re-painted. $50 + shipping.

I sent him a message about them a couple of hours ago. He said that one was correct, but the other is not. For a 69 340, anyway.

They look the same as my 68 318 ones.Wouldn,t the 340 ones be the same?

Not sure about the 68 340's, but the pass side 69 340 vc is different than the 69 318.

The ones for a 340 have a long wire holder (heat shield) on the intake side of the pass side valve cover.

I was referring to the wire holder. The 66 (I think) Commando valve covers have a wide wire holder on the intake side of the right valve cover, sort of like the one on the 69 340 valve cover in the pic posted by 1968FormulaS340. The 65 covers don't have it.

Those are standard (318 ) valve covers.


These are 68, 340 valve covers (although the pass side is just sitting on the engine backwards).

You can see the wire holder.

I believe those abv, are 69 340 and the ones I want dammit!!!
