1970 340 rad and rad shroud

i have a nice radiator and fan shroud out of a 70 340 swinger. i am positive it does not leak, but one of the spot welds came un-done that holds the side mount to the tank. nothing wrong with rad at all. fan shroud is also in near perfect shape. rad has had one repair to the core
numbers are 2998978 and fan shroud is 2998325

375.00 for the pair. plus the ride
