1970 Dart front end swap on a 1974?

I found a great deal on a 1974 Dart but prefer the appearence of a '70 front end. Is there a parts swap possible here?

Yes but you need to swap everything from the doors forward. Its not as easy as a grill swap.

That's what I thought. Since there are fiberglass replacements available, anyone have cons about that idea please?

Only issue with glass is the grade. Light stuff will sag and warp. Either way, on glass components I'd be sure to support them well. Lower fender braces etc. otherwise they will flex and move around quite a bit while running.

Had this issue with the glass on our old Savoy. Bumpers were the worst as they were a thin blade type. Would vibrate pretty well when sitting at idle. Ended up running small rods over to the ends to steady them and support them from deforming too much on accel.

Basically they are the same for Plymouths but not Dodges.

uhhh ohhh, my cousin wants to put a 72 grill, hood and front bumper on to his 73 swinger, i told him he could without changing fenders, oops
