1970 Mexican Spec Valiant Duster - 51001M
Hello Friends
As I live in Mexico I have access to all the special Mexican Spec cars they made. If this one isn't for you I can find you one you will love.
Here we have a first year Duster.
This is a 1970 Mexican Spec Valiant Duster.
Under the hood is a 225 slant 6 which is mated to a manual transmission.
It has an automatic steering column in there right now.
This is not an original car, it has been modified a bit.
The hood scoops were added.
The gear shift lever that was on the column is now on the floor.
The orange paint looks good, but the black paint on the hood looks less good. That is an easy fix though.
To be fair, this car needs the interior to be redone from the seats to the headliner.
These first year Dusters are hard to find in any condition.
This car has the look, it looks faster than it is.
A V8 engine would cure that however.
The car is riding on directional wheels from the '80's.
This car is set up for racing including a tach on the dash and ladder bars under the rear of the car.
yes this car needs some work, but can you find a first year car with no rust for this price equipped like this?
The vehicle delivered to the Nogales border will be $10,450 dollars.
This includes professional transport from southern Mexico to my location then I will trailer it the rest of the way..
If you have any questions about the importation process, I will be happy to answer them.
I know the thought of buying from Mexico makes people nervous. I can provide references from my previous clients if necessary.
You can see more Mexican vehicles at mexicanspec.com and if interested please read the Procedure link on my website to learn more.
