Guys(and gals)...I want to apologize for no responses on here...Russ is having some serious family health issues that isn't for me to talk about and I'm still too spun out right now to deal with anything but breathing right now. Again..I'm very sorry if I or Russ (speaking for him) strung anyone along. Ironically, saw the post on selling and etiquette..this has nothing and everything to do about it....Take care
