1971 Demon Upper Rear Shock Bolt?

I am restoring my 1971 Demon 340 and I lost one of the rear upper shock bolts...It is a very odd bolt that has a small sleeve that threads inside the shock and onto the mount threads...Anybody know were to locate one of these...Picture to follow
