Trying not to get too excited but it is kind of hard. A buddy of mine made me an offer I can't refuse, so looks like this is my next project :)

It's got a fresh 440 with an 871 Blower. Rallye rims on all four corners. Been sitting in his warehouse for about 12 years. He painted it FM3, installed the new engine, got it running and then life got in the way and he kind of shoved it in a corner. Not an original pink car nor am I sure what it was originally. It was black when he got it back in 2005 or so. I should be picking it up some time next week but certainly no later than the end of the month as he is clearing out his toy warehouse and needs to be out of there by then.

Why are you trying not to get too excited? You should be thrilled. Congrats on a cool score!
 
No go today. Rear tires were split from sitting deflated for years and would not pump up at all. Going back tomorrow with a set of spare wheels. Will take more pics tomorrow once I give her a quick wash

Gave her a quick bath. Paint looks pretty darn good. Got one corner that got a little dinged and one area in the passenger side upper quarter panel roof area that needs some work. Otherwise, she really just needs some deeper detailing/cleaning. For now, I will touch up the chipped corner and roll with it.

Rear tires are 33x21-1/2. Not finding the exact replacement size yet but not in a hurry since there is other work to be done.

Looks fabulous. If you can, please post up some pics showing the tubbing and how those massive wheels fit under there ....
