1973 Duster 340 Torsion Bars - recommendations

-
You're going to want to upgrade your shocks. A parts store shock can't properly dampen the 1.08 bar. It will be a rough ride. I had KYBs with the 1.08 bars and eventually upgraded to the Hotchkiss shocks. It made a huge difference. I'm sure Bilstiens would work as well.
ok, 1.08 Torsion bars are in with the Hotchkiss shocks and all is perfect. Adjuster bolt half way in and it sits perfect now. PST bars were returned as there was NO room for adjustment and car say way too low. Thanks for everyone's help!

That would be great. The step showing proper orientation of LCA seems to get skipped.

Yes it does. There a lot of talk on here and that's great. Videos help those who never done it. Hopefully one of theses mopar master will

Yeah. Working thru this right now. (Hopefully done this morning) Nothing wrong with some trial and error...learn alot. But, an organized step by step would be cool.

I complicated my world a bit with alot of new front end parts. I would think if you indexed the position of your current install, things should go smoothly for you.
Good luck.

I had to change my K frame. found out it was bent by the strut rod . Couldn't get the front end alignment right. So while I was in there I change out all the bushings and tie rod ends .now just waiting for the new torsion bars to show up
