1973 U.S. Spec Dodge Dart Coupe - 60324S
Hello friends
This is a seldom seen car in Mexico.
Here we have a 1973 U.S. Spec Dodge Dart Swinger.
Under the hood is a 318 4 barrel engine mated to an automatic transmission.
According to the VIN this was originally a 2 barrel engine.
The VIN is LH23G3B******. The car was from California and has been in Mexico since 2001 or there abouts.
The car was recently painted in this bright yellow. The car was originally a Dark Gold Metallic according to the data plate.
The whole interior was redone which includes the seats, carpet and the headliner.
The car is riding on Magnum 500 wheels, which make the car in my opinion. The car will come with 2 new tires in the rear. The fronts are already new.
The hood features hood pins as well as the famous Mopar scoops. These give it a sporty look.
One turn signal lens is broken, but will come with a new set.
As you can see the tail light lenses are in backwards. I am not sure why but it is an easy fix.
The upholstery work appears to be of very good quality.
The pattern matches from the back of the seat to the bottom of the seat.
This car still needs a few things.
The current owner said the floors have been patched and some of the rubber parts need replaced.
This is the perfect Dart.
It is not restored to 100 where you would be worried about driving it, but there are still a few things to do which is where all the fun is.
The heavy lifting has been done.
