1974 dart no spark

I have a 1974 dart that doesn't seem to be getting power to the coil or ballast anyone know what wiring I need to be looking at or if this connector I found next to the starter relay has something to do with it

I'm sorry I cannot identify what you are attempting to portray. Sort of looks like maybe the starter relay

Ignition should be (OEM) an electronic ignition box, and a white, ceramic 4 terminal resistor. With key in "run" the coil + terminal should have somewhere between 6--10V, and if you check it when cranking with the key, should be near same as battery, at least 10.5-11 or more
 

Also 74 is the one year equipped with the much hated seat belt interlock. If it trips, the starter will not crank the engine. Bypass it by finding the two yellow wires in the connector and splicing them together.

How many terminals, how many and what color wires? The starter relay is right to the left of it in the photo
