I know it's not an a-body but its my project right now.
Picked up in Lake City, AR for a heck of a deal. $1500
Truck is solid, zero rust and going to be a fun build(hopefully).
318 with rod thrown threw oil pan.

Out with the Charger in with the Ram! Sold Charger to help pay for daughter’s college and little extra for my project.

Got bed and Fuel Tank Removed for cleanup. Pressure wash and prepped for Por-15 Chassis Black on frame and Underneath of cab/bed. Couldn’t believe how nice underneath truck is.

5.7 Hemi Prep and working on replacing front sump oil pan to a rear sump pan. Had to stop, I had to order a double ended stud bolt for oil pickup tube mount! Once I get in will check clearance and new motor mount setup.

Looking good Mike! What transmission are you going to use? An 8HP70 would be nice, but the stand alone controller costs out the ying yang. When you get to the point of changing the fuel pump, would you post some pics of what you do? I'm doing a 5.9 Magnum swap to my 88 long bed D100 and will need to swap the pump in mine too. I've about give up trying to find a 91-93 fuel tank that has the right pump already. Good luck with the build. Be sure to check the drivers side frame rail where the steering box bolts on. They are BAD to crack right there. Mine's cracked, and it even has the diagonal brace. I gotta fix that when I do the swap.

That's a solid truck! A word of advice. Don't count that old 318 out. I've seen some chunk rods out the pan before and the block still be good. So you might not wanna scrap it till you look at it good. Might can use it for something else. You never know. Cool project!

I’m relocating tank to rear, little weight transfer and will be getting a new EFI Tank.
Nag1 Tranny, yea it is pricey but cost you pay for old to new technology.
