Looking for a good maker of (not SS) steel dual exhaust system for my 71 BB with TTI headers. Anyone have suggestions?

Ditto! It was a no brainer. I did it on a ‘67 Cuda. I just had to cut to length the pipes from the X to the mufflers. The whole thing was Easily put together. Well worth the price!

I have used a cheaper set from Jegs. If it quite well on my duster. Just a trim on the tail pipes. But it is a true dual exhaust set up. No H pipe, no X pipe.

Have you thought about supporting your local muffler shop if you have a good one around?

I gotta say TTI all the way.May cost more but is the best out there. These are small block but you get the Idea.

I used the Jegs 2.5" kit on my 69 barracuda with a 360. Not sure what brand headers I had, but the kit cam with muffles and was under $250. Fit just like rumberfish pictures above. Has a nice sound to it as well.

When on a budget The Jegs/Summit kits are very good.
My last build was a very low buck build and I used Jegs headers and made the rest of the exhaust from 3 different project's left over pipes.

I used Pypes and all was good till I went to put on my tips, I and to buy a few bends to make them work. I have a 1970 340 Dart.

I went with Accurate as they were the only ones making an, well, accurate exhaust for a 67 Barracuda. I think it's a one year only, the tips turn down.
Came with everything, bolted right up without a single modification.

I went full tti on a b-body. Nice pipes, needed to cut the intermediate pipes to fit, the rear frame brackets didn't exactly fit, and the rear brackets needed to be welded on to the pipes, which were aluminized, really? I just clamped them. Excellent customer service though.

TTi headers then Jegs 2.5" out the back. last pic shows the cutoffs which was trial and error, cut once then cut some more ect

I used summit 2.5 exhaust on my 68 dart. Clamped it together then welded all joints except for mufflers then pulled clamps. Been good for 10 yrs.
