2000 pathfinder break problem

So I drive a 2000 Nissan Pathfinder and recently I had to have the caliper on the driver's front side and my brake pads in the front replaced and then my wheels started locking up then I fixed the wheel issue and now my brakes don't work and my brake fluid keeps leaking out and I can't figure out where the leak is I'm pretty sure it's the reservoir seal so if anybody has like any information on how to inexpensively fix this problem that great to hear otherwise like just any ideas of what it could be because it's not the brake pads it's not the rotors it's not the right caliber so I don't really know what it is and neither do the three mechanics that I've had look at it

Things must be pretty bad in Denver as far as mechanics go. Maybe they need to check the brakes rather than taking breaks.

These mechanics are all out of work or retired mechanics and they only charged parts so yeah kinda they were lol but that's not the point
I wanna fix it myself I just do not have the know how or know where to start

These days there's a bunch of kids working at the steelerships. My buddy took his Mustang to a Ford dealership here in town... he had to come back to have them fix things they were supposed to and didn't , three times... they also chipped the paint on the fender

Hi, Welcome. it sounds like you need some motorhead friends in Colorado to help you fix your stuff.
Regarding the brakes, there's not much to a brake system (lines, fluid, calipers, master cylinder, proportioning valve, abs if equipped, booster). So the problem could be one or any combination of them. Just for peace of mind, whenever I buy a new daily driver, I replace as many of those components as possible, which rules out any future brake problems and helps to hone in on resolving current problems. Your brakes locking up could be due to seized caliper pistons, faulty master cylinder, faulty booster, or something else.
Personally, if it was me, I'd make friends with an A-Bodyer in Denver and pay him a small fee to fix the brakes for you. Then after that serious safety hazard is taken care of, you can concentrate on learning whatever is going to break on your Pathfinder next, without worrying about crashing.
