Question- My son has a 2017 Ram Rebel (200,000 miles on it.) We want swap in a Junk Yard Rear out of another Ram. Believe his gear ratio is 3:92 and the new one will be 3:21. Any issues you guys are aware of? Thanks

You'll need to have the PCM reflashed in order for the speedometer to read correctly (which means other functions such as cruise control and shift points will be properly programmed).
Don't know for sure, but you might want to make sure the brakes are the same size so the ABS controller functions properly.

Yea, I was wondering if it will shift correctly if not refreshed
