You seem to only be focused about your side of the transaction, but there are 2 parts, your side and my side. I refuse to send money to someone I never met with F&F, especially for $670. While I totally appreciate your 100% feedback score, goods and services is there to protect the BUYER from unknown variables that may pop up, even if they may not be intentional
You forgot to include that I paid in full the $670 plus the 4% PayPal fees for goods and services, so the PayPal fees wouldn’t fall on Todd’s shoulders. The money was in his PayPal account and already cleared my bank, and you guys come back and say you don’t want goods and services anymore because it has a 21 day holding period and want to refund me and now do F&F. That has nothing to do with the customer. That is not good customer service, which is why I requested a full refund and I would find the parts elsewhere. I appreciate you finding the parts for me and wish things could have worked out
