273 Commando Cam Identification?

Hello all,
Trying to verify if the cam in this 273-engine is a true "Commando" cam?
Is there any way to verify if the cam is truly a Commando cam with it still in the block?
If not, how do you identify it's a Commando cam once removed from the block?

in the block a dial indicator will give you the lift either at the valve or on cam itself.

with a degree wheel you could get the whole picture.

out of the block, some V blocks would give you the lift with a dial indicator. the rest would be difficult.

or send it out to somebody with a cam doctor to get it verified.

And no numbers on the cam that I have seen. The 4 barrel cam has just a tick more lift. If you search, you can find the specs here on the site.
