300 + hp 318?

Hey so im trying to buy me a duster and it comes with a slant 6 and a 318 i wanna take the slant 6 out and put the 318 in anything i need for the swap? and also how can i get the 318 to be a beast??
 
proper cam, good lifters and rocker arms, pocket port heads, electronic ignition, easy 300 plus hp. My 66 cuda ran mid 14's with this simple combo. Probably right around 300 hp..Forgot good 4bbl intake with holley 600 cfm. Dont overdo it with carb not needed unless more motor work done.
 
Here is my combo in my dart.

318 .040 overbore cast crank
Comp XE256 cam (small cam, but I'm running 1.6 rockers)
Flat top pistons w/valve reliefs .060 deck height
.026 head gasket
Rebuilt stock magnum heads (Cleaned up the bowls and runners)
1.6 Chevy roller rockers with guide plates
Chevy bee hive springs
Cheap air gap intake
Holley 4160 with secondary metering plate installed (37 squirters, 67 primaries, 72 secondarys)
Accel dist and chrome box
Hooker comp headers
Full 3" through flowmaster 40's
3,000 stall convertor
TF-2 Shift improver kit
3.89 gears (running a 9")

This little 318 screams, revs quick, but is basicly a low buck motor. According to Comps desktop dyno it should make around 320-330 hp and 360-370 tq.

This motor will go in my W100 once my 360 is built.
