I’m pretty surprised at how thin the peak of the intake SSR is on the 587 head.
Not a lot to play with there.

308 is on the left.
You'd think the later head would be thinner. It certainly isn't.
In our testing the 308 Exhaust out flow the 587 when
both are stock by a significant amount.
Not so the 308 intake.
