OK. Here is what I have now. 1974 Dodge Dart. Stock 318, about 60,000 miles. I have 904 trans stock cov., 8 3/4 rear with 4.10 gear. I have a 650 holley carb, a 600 Edelbrock carb., a set of 587 heads, an edelbrock performer 318 intake, a torker 2 intake, a Mopar 292 .508 cam. Now plans are mill the heads, torker intake, a new convertor, the Mopar cam, and headers... Will it work? Not a racecar, just one that is fun to drive.

WOW! Your a bit all over the place with that post.

OK, lets start at the bottom! The 318 is .... rebuilt? 60G miles ago? The stock pistons or replacement pistons have a very low compresion height. The 360 heads would need alot of milling to get to a reasonable, but still low compresion ratio for that cam you have. The 318 could use a set of KB flat top pistons that are designed for a zero deck application.

If you do not up the compresion, it'll be slower than stock and absoultely NO FUN TO DRIVE!

IF you still want to use that cam with the 318 later, The Torker II should be used and I'd run the Holley carb, sell the other intake and carb to roll over into the build.

Your going to need approx. a 3000 stall converter.

I have a 318 long block, 340 grind purple cam, 360 heads milled getting 9.5:1 CR performer intake, less than 1500 miles on it. I was going to sell it out right but someone bid on it on ebay. here's the listing, could get a better deal than I quoted. From experience, this will save some money.

No... 60,000 original miles. no rebuild. All stock bottom end. Car right now has the stock motor with the performer intake and an adapter with a 4412 Holley 2 Bbrrl on it. The car has an 8 3/4 with 4.10 gear. Parts I have are the torker 2 intake, both carbs, a Mopar 508 cam, 587 heads that i am willind to have milled... Can I use these parts I have for a fun cruiser car? car is a 1974 Dodge Dart, as seen in my avatar pic. Basically can I mill the heads, they are 1.88, 1.6 valve... use the cam, and intake and a set of headers or should I look to smaller cam? If so what would you suggest?
