The vehichle is a '73 Dodge W200 truck, I started it up yesterday, and let it run for a while, it started popping and backfiring real bad until it stalled out. Now it has no spark at all. I have replaced the ballast, ECU, and the coil and still nothing. I have power to both sides of the coil with the key on and no spark coming out of it.

check the air gap on the pick up coil inside the distributor..?

need brass feeler gauge .008

Unplug the wire going to the dizzy and check the pickup coil ohms. Set your voltmeter to ohms and you should get anywhere from 375 to 900 Ohms. Switch to AC volts and spin the dizzy and you should see at least 1 volt AC.

Yup, one of the first things you should have done before you threw all the parts at it. Have you checked supply voltage from the battery?

(Crank using key, check voltage at coil positive terminal)
