I still own a 69 block 70 Duster my ex wife used to daily drive. I told her hi test... Factory domed pistons, .018 flat out of the deck. 202s, ld4b. 650 holley. That car would move. Oh. old purple 484 lift, 234 @ 50. That bleed of some cr, but factory? maybe 8.8.
Well after it sitting on stands since 1987, I decided to see if it would still run. It did, but I had bought it used in 1973, and wanted to mike the lift and duration. Poop, for the first time in my lfe, I torqued the rocker shasts back, @ 16. Don't ever do that. Heads had to come off to go to shop and get broken studs out.
Then noticed #6 piston had a piece broke off- lo test. That's how I know how it will run- same combo, but no 10.5 flat tops. It falls off about 6600. Gear for that.
Oh. I found the last right bank piston made by factory in a Penn Dodge dealer. They didn't believe it, but the Fla dealer had it on computer.
