Installing the B3 Racing geometry correcting rocker setup on my 340. Shims are needed to get the .015 - .030 clearances between pairs of rockers. Anyone know of a valve spring shim that will work on the .875 shaft without grinding the ID? The largest shim ID I've found is .785.

Naturally, I can't remember the part number but there is a shim that will work. You can also call Mancini and get some from them.

Probably won't help today though.

Goodson sells them. A105 is .060 B105 is .030 . My current catalog does not list .015

I'm not too surprised that Mike didn't supply them. I am surprised that he suggested using valve spring shims instead of letting me know that shims for that purpose exist. Still a high quality set and I can't wait to finish the install.

I don't know of a specific shim for spacing rockers. Sellers are piecing "kits" together from raw materials sources. As others have mentioned, find the right ID and thickness and go from there.

McMaster is where I got mine.
