340 Six Pak; A/T vs M/T...what's the difference?

I notice in the catalogs like Summit, Jegs and Classic Industries that the repro Six Pak center carbs are listed as M/T (manual trans) or A/T (auto trans)...and they are always out of stock on the MT versions...if they list them at all. Anyone know what the difference is in the MT carb vs AT carb? Is it jetting only or are there other internal differences?

So, that's to say the AT carb can't be jetted and set up to work properly if you install a dashpot?
