Your correct except for the stock convertor part....it's for use with an aftermarket neutral balance convertor! The stock convertor is weighted....you'd be screwed up unless you switch to an aftermarket convertor.

how do you know his stock converter is weighted? if his converter came from an internally balanced engine it would be a neutral balanced converter.

Its an original '67 904 convertor, from a '67 273 w/stock forged crank, so, I'm sure its a neutral balanced convertor
