Can anyone shed some light on this cam I have found?
Found the 4003 260@50 1.5 rockers .630" lift Adv dur 298*I Think* the CC is Comp Cams. The 108 is the LSA, The R denotes roller.
The 4000-4003 are the lobes numbers that will match in the catalog
That’s all I got
That's a pretty aggressive cam.250@050 - .630 lift
260@050 - .630 lift
108 LSA
I’d say where getting somewhere.
For grandma’s grocery getter with A/C, probably. That's a pretty aggressive cam.
How many heads can handle that much lift? For grandma’s grocery getter with A/C, probably.
It’ll make for a pretty darn good street machine though!
LOL!

And lots of duration. That may be a Super Stock style grind - ported OEM heads with a runner cc limit.
Depends on the length of the valve. How many heads can handle that much lift?
Enough to run mid 11’s I think. Never mind lightening up the car to a race car weight. I think that would be a good stroker cam.And lots of duration.

Any head can take that lift. It’s 2020. 260 at .050 and .650 lift is the 220 at .050 and .525 lift of the 1970’s.
Unless we are talking Chrylser people who refuse to move ahead with technology. Then 260 at .050 and .650 lift is a lot. In reality those are SFT numbers.
