or the 383 RR and Superbee?

Thanks guys...i have a 600 Eddy and a 650 Eddy Thunder. Will try them both on a fresh 372.

...and i know of a couple of '68 383 RR's with those small stock carburetors that chased 140 mph with 3.23 gears back in the day.
600/625 cfm should be plenty as well as efficient.

It is. I just used it a while ago to ID an AVS I had. Fortunately it was a popular carb and on the list.
