I have been working with Schimmel Engineering to get some wagon lights made. I got them in the mail and installed them today. They fit great. They are pinker in color and more opaque than factory lenses. Factory lenses are very hard to find and very expensive. I wouldn’t want to pay what they want for a set for a car as rough my donkey wagon. I am happy with the fit so far and am going to take some night pictures tonight and update. Here’s some pictures of them from today.

If you are interested in a set here is the website Laser Scanning & Reverse Engineering in Nashville, Tennessee

Here are some pictures of them in the dark. Apparently I have had a brake light out. It helps show the difference between tail and brake though. I was worried that they would be dimmer being a little more opaque but I am more than happy.

Too pink. Look like lipstick on a pig. Nice pig though.
They are pretty darn pink. It’s the donkey wagon not pig. Definitely wasn’t going to pay more than I did for the car for factory lenses so I’m happy with them.

Probably won’t hold up to the sun’s UV light very well over time but that depends on what material they were printed from

Here the information from the website. Hope it answers some of your questions. I have the first pair and am the test mule.

1964 Dodge Dart WAGON - Tail Lamp Lens SET! All lenses for left and right tail light. Replaces MOPAR 2448683. 3D printed in the USA from PETG UV and petroleum stable plastic. The lenses feature brass heat M3 heat set metric inserts, with metric machine screws. No more self tapping screws that break cast lenses.

Please note the chrome parts are painted abs plastic. I use Rustoleum 7718830 Metallic Chrome directly on the freshly printed ABS plastic. There are no metal parts in these lens assemblies except the brass inserts, and the screws.

These are offered as an affordable alternative to spending what I can offer the whole set for in a single cast lens.
