Here's a couple of "Fern". She's our newest 4 door and currently in process of restoration on this site. Go to members restorations. Then pull up the thread titled "ABodyBetty's New Baby comes home". Check it out!

Here's my 76 Dart last year before replacing the rear bumper, interior and duster (extended 2 inches) bondo fenders.

This was a $200 car complete but daily summer/winter driven rust bucket on wheels. I patched it up and used it dailey until I spun a bearing in the slant last fall on its last drive of the year before bed time. Putting in a super 6 from an 82 D150 hopefully next weekend... will updated pix then

Here is the update on mine...

Replacement rear bumper
2 replacement fenders
dropped in the super 6 from the 82 D150
replacement interior including headliner to black (except dashpad)
shortened 8.75 from a C-Body
new coil-overs in the rear
bolt-in frame conectors welded in
centerline rims for the rear and new ruber all around
replaced drivers vent window

To come;
Hopefully late next year dropping in a 360+727
Proper paint job

This is our 73 Dart Custom that we picked up for $500 as you see it in the pictures. It will donate it's interior to our 74 Swinger and has already given up it's dual exhaust to the Swinger. It is a 318 with A/C and seems to run well. We're about to install a new starter and a single, quiet exhaust. This car may become a police car "clone" on down the road.

My friend Tyson's old '72 Valiant Slant 6 4dr beside my Duster at a show back in June. He sold it to a guy who said he was putting a 440 into it. We christened it "The Green Bastard".

Is the top on this car painted or vinyl? It's a near twin to my old '70 Custom (crushed long ago, to my eternal regret), and I've never seen another factory two-tone (non-vinyl top) '70 Dart sedan.

If you ever want to sell this car, let me know, I'll start putting my non-essential organs on the black market. :-D

Yes, it is a Factory White painted top. Fender Tag was long gone when we bought her BUT she still had a Build Sheet in her! And in the bottom remarks section it has "Police Car" hand printed.

As for selling her: She was a victim of our divorce and my ex owns her now. She might be willing to accept offers, but don't hold your breath on that. The car is getting pretty rough but still photographs well.

We have 16 doors now! Our son sold his 69 back to us!!! Who would only want 2 doors that are bigger? Harder on the hinges! LOL!!!8)

Ok, here is my daily driver for the last few years. Fresh trans and /6 2 years ago. $400 car. Recently parked to rebuild brakes and front suspension.
'72 Valiant Will be on the rotisorie after the Duster and Dart are done.
I know it is rough but is a winter beater & summer cruiser.
