I'm pretty sure the C-15453 is a NP445 close-ratio 4-Speed (brother to the NP435 with Granny Gear)

It's a 1970's only Truck Transmission used in Light / Medium duty applications and wouldn't fit in a car without some serious modifications. Anybody who's seen a NP435 in person knows what I'm talking about.
