How much power are you guys makin with your small block strokers? I am just wondering. So if you could post your numbers and your combos that would be great.

I would check out Hughes tech pages because they have some dyno combos per the above post. I built a mild 408 w/stk gasket matched Eddy heads, RPM intake, 1.6 rockers, 10.5 compression, Hughes hyd roller cam (228 @ 0.050?) and they got 460 hp+ out of a similar combo. It had 10-11" hg idle vacuum and was very streetable.

525hp calculated and I don't believe in racing a dyno. Who knows what it truly makes. My 408 has 12.5 compression. All eagle forged internals. Started as an MP 360 shortblock. 602 roller, victor jr intake,2" spacer,1050 dominator. heads are W2 econo 2.02 small valve, 2 inch custom headers, full 3 inch exhaust with x-pipe and mufflers. Ran back to back to back 10.91 at 122+. 76 Swinger 3442 lbs with me. Super Stock springs with snubber. 28x9 MT et drag slicks. Leave the line footbraking at 1800. 60ft 1.51 and shift at 6500 cross the stripe at 6850.
Here are some video links from Englishtown with me and the black swinger and Emilio with the blue Duster

Hey Stroked
could you post your combo?
Andrew

Sure:'70 340 block 30 over decked and line-honed
mopar cast 4" crank
eagle sir rods
diamond pistons 10.9 to 1 comp.
Lunati "voodoo" .533/.552 HYD cam
Edelbrock heads slightly ported
Comp magnum rockers
Edelbrock 'Air gap" intake gasket matched, center divider milled
Quick fuel 850 carb
full msd ignition
tti 1 5/8- 1 7/8 headers

This combo went consistent 11.0's @120 mph in my '70 "street" driven duster with 3.91's...very happy with the results considering theres guys at the track running much more cam, intake and carb and not running as good...

Stroked thanks
which diamond slugs are you using?
My information is that the 51410s will put me at 10.18:1
and the 51007s will put me at 11.37:1 I really wanted to come out a little in between those numbers for the sake of pump gas.
Andrew

I have a 408 ci in my 65 barracuda. The engine was builted by Blueprintengines. It has a scat crank,Keith Black pistons, scat h-beam rods, ARP bolts, milling hv oil pump, comp cam pro magnum roller rockers, Edelbrock Al RPM heads, Edelbrock air-grap intake.

Whoops..just checked all the paperwork on the stroker i was a liittle off on the compression the diamonds i have are the 51007's with my 65cc Edelbrocks it puts the compression at just about 11.8 to 1 and it ran just fine on 94 pump gas..

Thanks Stroked,
since the engine is not yet bought Im still open to suggestions for pistons.Since Im building for 92 octane Id like to keep close to 11:1
