600 edelbrock secondary bog.

I sold the scamp a couple years ago now. I had about 90% of the bog gone before I sold it. Im don't remember any one big thing being wrong with it. If I remember right I cleaned the booster assemblies, that helped some. And I wasn't getting full throttle either. I had to drill the throttle lever on the carb to get full throttle. And I pretty sure that I had all the stock jets and metering springs in it at the end. Most people that I talk to say get a holley and be done with it. But that cost more money and I can't believe that edelbrocks don't work. You see them everywhere if they were that bad they would be out of business.
 
I have no idea. I bought the motor assembled. I was told it had a stock 318 cam in it but I never verified that. The scamp ran pretty good before I sold it. The guy that bought it said he felt no bog.
