R/H side hose seems to be to short. At full turn there’s no slack on the hose. Is there a R/H and L/H hose? I’ve looked at all other hose lengths and all end up the same.

Just checking....

Are the bleeders on the top side of the caliper when mounted?

I had this same problem with my 63 conversion and I ended up doing exactly what's in the picture. It worked fine, but not pretty.

How do you bleed a caliper with the bleeder valve on the bottom? Well, maybe not exactly on the bottom, but certainly not on top.

Pretty sure this was brought up recently in regards to "DISC" brake hoses on the 65-72 Kelsey Hayes Mopar calipers.
Seems all the parts listings don't show hoses for disc brakes any longer.
Everything, whether you know it or not, catalogs just show hoses for "DRUM" brakes, and that's what you will get.
I bet you have hoses for drum brakes.
Then ya, just go and find hoses of a longer length, and then your good to go.

That's the point. But the calipers can be swapped side to side and that might put the hoses on the wrong location.

IMHO

I would not permanently mount the hose as shown in the photo in post 1.

It WILL move and after some time wear through the hard lines.

Remove and relocate the mount or as RRR mentioned, start picking through the flex lines at the parts store for longer hoses.

Both are 63, both claim front. I don't know if either are for disk

ok thanks for the input guys. after several hours of navigating many web sites i came to the conclusion that almost all abody brake lines are all going to be the same length for my application. im in need of both ends to be female. unlike what Dana67Dart has posted. i started look at hose on other models and thank to rockauto for detailed description and pictures i ended up ordering 1968 chrysler imperial hose p/n H36608

The suspension looks like it's fully extended, car on jack.
Iirc on my 67 with KH brakes the hoses aren't very long, but I'm not jumping it Dukes style over the local creek, so it isn't an issue.

I just redid the KH last year and ordered up whatever Summit listed.
Another route, which I have on another car, are the braided lines, which may be longer.
