Howdy! what type of washers are used to the circut board to the cluster

Small metal washers... as the circut board needs to be grounded... Don't use plastic... Is that your question?

I kind of recall that my 64 Valiant has thin "hollow" steel nuts, like the ones used on trim. If you don't have any, copper nuts might be best, and coat with silicone di-electric grease.
