'64 Dart axle swap.

Did a search and found nothing definitive;
I might be getting a '64 Dart 2dr post. I have a '68 Valiant with a '73 Duster 8.25 already installed.
I want to put the rear end and springs from the '68 in the '64. Will it be a bolt in, or will there need to be fab work.
I haven't gotten it yet but it needs a LOT of work.....

I'd say it is just a bolt in. I've never had any problems installing any rear end in any of my '65 barracuda's.

I was pretty sure that the housing would work, I'm more concerned with the springs and spring perches.
The left rear spring on the '64 is broken.

the only issue you might run in to is the driveshaft. the '64 will have a ball and trunion and is a diff. length.
