If a car in Georgia has ever been registered without a title, you can never get a title again. Never. Kiss it goodbye. Also, Georgia will not issue a title on anything older than 64. I got lucky with Vixen. She was titled when I bought her and she's a 64, so I have a title in my name.Hey Al there are several states that don't even require a title for cars of this kind. I think your neighboring state Georgia is one of them. There are other states you can pay a broker a small fee to get a title with a bill of sale. Depending on the circumstances of this car you may be able to get the state to report it as not stolen get a bill of sale and get a new title. I would try to sell it whole first. That thing is a great start to a slant guy or for a v-8 build. 4 on the floor baby with 3 pedals.
If I won the Lottery , I would quit doing this and buy NICE cars !If I won the lottery, I would buy a warehouse and do what you're doing Rat Rod Al.
