That's is gorgeous. That guy sure has some nice welds, and the placement of the mandrel bent exhaust pieces is perfect.

I've found the biggest problem to be the gasket surface on the LA heads. When I was a machinist, I used to mill, the valve cover surface of the head, flat. Never had a leakage problem after that.
If you have a PCV problem it can cause pressure to build in engine and make things leak worse.
