Im thinking about upgrading to ss springs for my cuda. I love the look of them. Any opinions? I need help finding a pair?? where do i look?? thanks

I've used them as well. I found they made the back of the car sit up too high for my liking and bought new front spring hanger to drop it down a bit, but overall loved them.

I find them a little stiff for the street. But im keeping them on!

The SS springs will change the handling of the car. What this really means is to make the car handle better it helps to put the SS springs on early and then add the other pieces later as the need for them shows up. ie. it is unlikely to be able to run a rear sway bar because the car could respond in a very negative manner, like the back of the car coming around.

Now would the HD springs work for you instead?

When I installed the SS springs in my 70 Barracuda it did not raise up the rear. After the first hard driving I HAD to remove the stock rear sway bar. It also did not permit me to spin the rear tires at will, only after power braking or water puddles. 383-4 barrel
